Rose Cottage is an exceptionally pretty traditional Devon home. With four bedrooms (offering accommodation for upto six adults and four children), a country kitchen with Aga and all modern appliances, a sitting room and separate media room, as well as glorious outdoor spaces, it is a special and characterful choice.

With views across ‘Fuschia Valley’ and down to the village, Rose Cottage is ideally situated for walks across the hills and Southwest Coastal Path, or simply down to Lee Bay itself (around 5 minutes).

Between the middle of April and end of October, Rose Cottage also offers guests the exclusive use of an (approx) 30ft x 15ft private heated swimming pool, located in the spacious grounds.

Please note, due to its valley-side location, Rose Cottage features a number of steps around the property. Inside the cottage there is no downstairs W/C. A shower room and a bathroom (inc bath shower) are both situated upstairs.

Upto two well-behaved dogs are permitted downstairs, in non-carpeted areas of the cottage (cleaning surcharge applies).
